Will's passion for cars began as a young child. Growing up around the dealership he has held a position in nearly every department at Baum Chevrolet until he became manager of the Farmer City store in 2007.  Will resides in Clinton with his wife Lisa and has two sons Preston 7, and Parker 3.5.

Allyson Hadfield



Allyson has been a sales consultant for Baum Motors for two and a half years, she feels that selling cars is so unique because you really get to know your customers on a personal level.  Allyson grew up in Peoria but has made her home in Farmer City with her two children, Luke and Tenille.  In her free time, you will find her spending time with her family and her dogs.  She enjoys motorcycles, gardening, and antiques.

Allie Howry

Never did Allie imagine all the things she would learn about the car business throughout the past year she has spent with Baum.  Allie is currently enrolled as a full time student seeking a degree in Marketing from Parkland College.  In her spare time you will catch Allie surrounded with her friends, and family, or hunting with her black lab Wrigley.

Apprentice Service Tech
Chris Reddington

Chris is new here at Baum Motor Company but he's learning so much!  Chris is from Clinton.  He is a volunteer fire fighter for the Clinton Fire Department.  In his spare time you can catch Chris watching the Illini or spending time with his family.  Chris is anxiously expecting a baby girl in March!

Business Office Manager
Jill Haycraft


Jill has been employed through Baum for the past 10 years.  She has gained experience through several positions in the business office and is now the business manager at the Farmer City store.  Jill and her husband Jay of 35 years live in Wapella.  They have two daughters, Jamie and Jenny as well as two twin grandchildren Audrey and Alex.  Jill spends her spare time spoiling her twins, going shopping, and selling Longaberger products.

Jerry Schmitz


Jerry resides here in Farmer City.  He has been shining up cars for quite some time now.  If he could own any car in the world it would be a Chevrolet Camaro.  He is an avid fan of Nascar and if you're ever looking for Jerry you can find him on the golf course.




Service Tech
David Spangler

Meet David!  David is originally from Downer's Grove Illinois but just recently moved to Clinton.  He has been in the transmission business for 27 years while being an ASE certified master technician for 17 years.  Dave enjoys all types of motorcycles, street bikes, or dirt bikes.  He also has a 28 year old Amazon Parrot named Max.  When he's not working away in the shop he's spending time with his father doing construction work.
